Internal analysis of the organization management

 

The project needs to create a platform with the task of spreading , awareness and get the system deployed in the capital value of life and sustainable economic parameter. The organization may be composed of a management team, the department of communication and marketing, finance, administration and volunteerism, specifying communication strategies: conferences, press conferences, advertising campaigns, the creation of a website, pilot testing, meetings with representatives of different parties, international organizations, etc ...


A simple way to define a public platform is as a collective process in which a group of citizens expressed a set of claims, demands, requests and / or needs that are addressed.


Platform Features :


Representativeness - that is, the direction and content of claims, requests or demands are agreed to pose for a group of people who express the voices of different sectors.


- What is required: that is, that what is being considered in the platform can be required who is heading the approaches to be something that the group that manages the platform into a right.


- Being a transparent effort: referring to this because not hide intentions that serve the interests of a group to benefit or is just a sham initiative for the group that leads to other ends.


- Be a citizen interest initiative: it should be an initiative born from the citizens and is directed and led as a partisan movement.


- Pluralist: that is, that although there are differences of opinions they accept or recognize the diversity of positions throughout the process of building the platform.


- Inclusive: referring to an enclosed space is not certain persons .
-To benefit the collective interest: to be a transparent and legitimate initiative citizen interest.


-Being a responsible effort: what it means to consciously participate in the effort our presence contributes significantly to achieving the final goal of the initiative.


-Respect the diversity of opinions, views and beliefs involved in the development of the platform.


-Fair: firstly involves giving equal opportunity for participation by people who are motivated to get involved in the process, but then also implies that the opportunity to benefit from the proposals included in the platform will equal to everyone involved.


Steps in the creation of the public platform:


1. Citizen consensus: This means that we will have to identify who wish to participate in the municipality of the initiative.


2 . Team organization Platform : Of all participants can start getting committees or working groups to distribute responsibility for certain tasks. This organization should aim to facilitate the development of the work and not to hinder it . Organize the team also means that each of the participants know what their responsibilities are and how to contribute to the work.


3. Approach of a work plan. For clarity of each of the activities that we perform, at what time and with what resources it is important that all participants are aware of the initiative work plan to follow.

 

4. Platform Disclosure: It is useful to make it known to all members of the community as possible and be ready to tell them how to participate. The disclosure should not only be informative but also a way to motivate them to participate.


5. Preparation of citizen platform document: This implies that there will be a formal document. This document, which is itself the Civic Platform is the paper document to be delivered to the competent institution, backed by all those firms that integrate the platform.
