Legal aspects

A platform does not belong to any political party and as such there is no hierarchy or pyramid structure , but rather is a means where it is assumed and exercised the rights and obligations as a citizen.

To create a public platform , not necessary statutes, or register with any site , or anything. The issue is to develop a formal document that specifies what we are and the objectives of the platform , exposing these goals and present them with a list of signatures of people who have adhered to the Popular Initiative . Thus, the first step is to develop this document , followed by collecting the 500,000 signatures needed and then present in the Spanish parliament to convene a meeting in person with the head , and face -to-face expose our needs and prioritizing focus our efforts targets.

The main thing to participate in a platform is to feel as concerned citizens that we can adjust to these characteristics : transparent , genuine citizen interest , pluralist and inclusive , responsible participation , respectful of opinions and views of others, equitable, flexible , etc. .
